ncRNAppi (Non-coding RNA protein-protein interaction) is a useful tool for idenfying ncRNA targeting pathways. We offer all possible sub path from miRNA and siRNA target protein by using protein-protein interactions. Our protein-protein interaction(PPI) resource included HPRD, DIP, BIND, INTACT, MINT, MIPS and BioGRID databases. There are 54,283 available and non-redundant PPI pairs among 10.710 proteins.
